Treatments to erase Acne scars:

Exoderm Lift:

Exoderm lift is a medical-artistic procedure for facial rejuvenation. It was developed by the Israeli Dr. Yoram Fintsi in 1985.

The Exoderm lift corrects the aging signs and solar damage such as wrinkles, hyper chromic spots, and cutaneous laxity and improves in a very significant way the acne scars. It is a safe, non-invasive procedure, with lasting results.

Currently, it is safely and successfully performed in thousands of patients for facial rejuvenation in more than 30 countries around the world.

Exoderm is a chemical procedure that removes the superficial layer of the skin while it stimulates the production of collagen and elastic fibers, in short, we obtain a new and firm skin.

How is Exoderm performed?

Through a slight sedation that is applied by an anesthesiologist, the procedure is carefully carried out and ends with the placing of a tape mask which will last from 24 to 48 hours. A second mask will be placed with a special medicinal powder which will provide a new skin in only one week. It is usually only one event.

The changes are impressive and so will be your satisfaction. In Cderma we are passionate about using Exoderm because the changes are so evident that there is no place for subjectivity.

RESTORE CO2 Fractional Laser:

What is the CO2 Fractional Laser?

The RESTORE Fractional technology is the most innovative of the Laser technologies. As a difference with past generations, the CO2 fractional laser allows for better results, with less risks and much less recovery time, since its effect is through microscopic laser beams that might reach superficial or deeply in your skin and thus regenerate the collagen of the dermis.

Which cases is it recommended in?

It is adequate for all to improve the aspect of your skin without having to use surgery. Its application is recommended in the following cases:

Spot treatment:

The energy applied in the superficial layers of the skin, where the spots are, accomplishes a complete renovation, getting to recover a uniform color and an important improvement since the first session, including in cases of hormonal spots such as Melasma.

Acne Scars:

The resurfacing effect of the skin’s surface produces a deep exfoliation favoring the tissue regeneration, eliminating in a very high percentage up to 90% the acne scars.

3 to 4 sessions are required to obtain such result.

Q-Switched Lasers:

These lasers allow us to remove the pigmented part of many of these lesions that are not only depressed but obscured or pigmented, that is what these lasers are for, which lower their color.

Nd:YAG 1064 nm Laser Short Pulses:

These lasers are useful when the acne scar is very reddish or purple near the blood vessels that accompany the inflammation.

When the laser is in contact with the blood vessels that cause the redness these are collapsed by the Laser.

Injection of Tissue Growth Factors from the Grease

From the studies about the Tissue restoration with Nanograft which contain growth factors and stem cells done by Dr. Tonnard from Belgium and which has around 5 years, have scientifically proven a significantly recovery in the laxity, decrease of the fibrosis improving the atrophic scars as a unique therapy by itself.

Also, this technique restores the atrophic fibers of the acne scars, it is a very important weapon for facial rejuvenation.

Its only defect is its retarded effect of 10 to 12 weeks.

Infiltration of intralesional Hyaluronic acid:

The intralesional or scar application to make the scar more superficial is a very effective therapy, but it is temporary.

So, in Cderma there is a Coadjutor therapy of the laser therapy.
